Devon, Please help. I have recently joined thru lines and thought I had found my missing grandfather. I am 70 years old and this would be a huge deal for me. I created a fake tree with my real father Robert L. Hickson and put Robert Ellis Hickson as a man who is a good suspect I found during a lot of research.

When I go into thru lines and see the relative cards, in front of the Robert Ellis Hickson card it says we are a match and share over 2600 segments of dna, yet it shows no other dna inside. Robert Ellis Hickson had no other children, no brothers or sisters, and his mother had no other children. I show 3 dna matches with his great grandfather. Is it possible he could really be my long ago grandfather?
It is very difficult to get anyone’s attention or help on ancestry.
    Thank you so very much.
